 HOW TO ORDER  BESPOKE FORGED ITEMS

1. In the first instant if you can contact me by email or phone so that we can have a chat about any item of  forged ironwork you are looking to have made.

2. You can then send me by post or email a simple sketch or photo with sizes showing the item you would like making. Ill then give you a free quote.

3. Once a design has been agreed, I will then provide you with a no obligation quote via phone or email, On confirmation of order I will then require ( depending on size of order ) a NON REFUNDABLE deposit, this will be required to cover material costs before starting work.

4. On completion of your order I will require full payment before the delivery of the item/s
